Does Lucky Bamboo Shop guarantee their plants?
If, upon arrival, something is broken or wrong with the shipment notify us as within three days of delivery.
If the package was damaged in shipment, we will ask for photographs of the damage in order to verify the claim with the shipper.
If the plants do have problem, please treat them as a live plant. Take clear of pictures as you can, describe the problem and e-mail us. Lucky bamboo are very hardy and can recover quickly from shipping. With the pictures, we can tell you what to do. If it is hopeless or the plants do not respond, we will replace the bad ones. No Problem.
Replacement is case by case basis and only with timely notification. Since live plants need proper conditions and care, lucky bamboo, vases or filler can not be returned for refunds.
