Garden Gate 16"
Chinese Garden Gates were either very simply understated or very elaborate and ornate. In either case, the garden gate represented privacy, and with that privacy, affluence. Most valuable land within the city walls were the gardens. Garden Gates allowed entrance to those gardens, and they became a symbol of wealth and success.
The 4 1/2" x 9" vase and polished river rock provide the anchor for our Garden Gate Arrangement.
The pictured arrangement is the 30" version.
